About Blair

I started cycling in high school. Then, like a lot of people, life took over.

I built a career, worked my way up, and now lead a multi-site retail operation across the lower North Island. That background shapes how I coach — high standards, accountability, and getting results through people.

When I came back to cycling as a masters athlete, I didn’t just want to ride. I wanted to see how far I could go.

Through structured training and consistency, I’ve worked my way to competing at an international level — racing at the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in Melbourne in 2025 and achieving a top-25 finish at the 2026 World Championships in Niseko, Japan.

I’m also a UCI certified coach, combining formal coaching principles with real-world racing experience.

I coach the way I train — with purpose, patience, and attention to detail. No guesswork. No generic plans.

Every athlete is different. The job is to understand what actually moves the needle for you and build a process around it.

Because that’s what works.
